An American Hereford Association Program

My services are available to ensure your records are kept up-to-date in the online MyHerd system. As you may know, late charges occur in the online MyHerd system if the records are not entered in a timely fashion. My services will ensure that your records are kept up-to-date in order to avoid late fees and obtain higher statuses in MyHerd, provided that the information is sent to me in a timely manner.

How Does It work?

​You would Provide:

  • MyHerd login information

  • Online Payment information for AHA fees. If you would like your card information kept private you could enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC number in MyHerd and provide me with the CVC number to complete transactions.

  • Herd Information: I would send you a “Herd Information Form” (spreadsheet or word document) which you would fill out and return to me via email or mail. If you already have a record keeping system you could send me copies for review to determine if all the necessary information is provided.

  • I would review all of your herd information and begin input into the MyHerd system. I would call or email if any questions arose regarding your herd information or if any errors occurred in the MyHerd system. 

  • I would call AHA on your behalf, if necessary, to release any holds on your account for out-of-date information. 

  • After your information has been entered I would email or call you with a “pending transactions report” of what you owe in AHA fees before I completed any transactions. 

  • Once all work was completed I would email or mail you an invoice for my services. 

what does it cost?

Year 1

  • Startup Fee $200, in order to get all of the herd information up-to-date. 

  • Per Calf Fee $20.This fee is for basic calf registration/recording based on cow herd inventory.

  • Additional Requests $5. Other services besides basic calf recording. Example: DNA Kit Orders, Registering an Unregistered Animal, AI Certificates, Animal Transfer, etc.

  • AHA fees will be charged at cost.

Year 2 & Forward

  • Annual Fee $100 (beginning year 2 then charged each year thereafter)

  • Per Calf Fee $20. This fee is for basic calf registration/recording based on cow herd inventory.

  • Additional Requests $5. Other services besides basic calf recording. Example: DNA Kit Orders, Registering an Unregistered Animal, AI Certificates, Animal Transfer, etc.

  • AHA fees will be charged at cost.
